  • Digital Producer

    Job description

     

    We are seeking a Digital Producer / Project Manager to manage the development of our clients’ mobile and web applications. This is a contract to hire opportunity.

     

    The Producer will manage digital product projects from inception to delivery and is everyone’s point person for the project. Clients and internal team members rely on the Producer for everything they need to know about a project: what to expect, what to do next, and where they need to be.

     

    Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

     

    • Define the scope of projects (goals, deliverables, schedule, and budget)
    • Lead and inspire teams by communicating a vision for the project as well as involving people at the optimal levels for project success
    • Manage interdisciplinary teams of UX architects, writers, interaction and visual designers, and programmers helping to evolve product concepts into clear sets of deliverables
    • Serve as the main client interface on projects, helping define vision, clarifying strategic requirements, explaining complex ideas clearly, and managing expectations
    • Serve as primary day-to-day contact for clients
    • Keep projects on track through clear task lists, issue tracking, status reports, and meeting notes
    • Lead efficient meetings and conference calls with the ability to effectively set up the presentation of product design work process
    • Clearly communicate project issues and resolution to the client and internal team
    • Play a dual role of client advocate and PULL team advocate
    • Be passionate about delivering a superior digital product, but find ways of producing it that does not jeopardize schedule and budget

     

    Desired Skills and Experience

     

    Minimum Qualifications: 

     

    • Prior experience (2-4 years) as a software/interactive producer/project manager or directly related experience
    • Experience developing project plans using digital tools (ProWorkFlow is a plus)
    • Experience managing project budgets over $250,000
    • Experience managing sales and marketing support technology projects
    • Experience developing Statements of Work
    • Experience managing clients (external or internal) on project scope and delivery
    • Excellent communication skills, including presentation development and business writing
    • Familiarity with mobile and web development technologies.  Knowledge of software quality assurance process. Familiarity with platforms such as jira and GitHub is a plus.
    • Strong problem solving skills; responsive and flexible to evolving responsibilities and changing environment
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required. PMI certification a plus.

     

     

  • Sr. User Experience Architect

    Job description

     

    The Sr. User Experience Architect works with client services and product development teams in planning, designing, testing and advancing the user experience across PULL’s internal and external projects. The Sr. UX Architect ensures the user experience adheres to Interaction Design’s best practices while responding to the client’s business priorities.

     

    Being fluent with various user research methodologies the Sr. UX Architect is able to synthesize research data into a compelling product vision. The Sr. UX Architect will conceptualize and render detailed sketch or wireframe prototypes.

     

    Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

     

    • Participate in project planning meetings and brainstorming sessions through ideation and design perspectives while working closely with internal teams and clients
    • Create and maintain the user experience and interactions for our digital product work
    • Stay abreast of technical and functional dependencies across multiple projects
    • Develop thorough, realistic plans that support client business objectives, help define strategy, as well as user-centered content and features for their software projects
    • Help design and conduct stakeholder interviews and user testing sessions and present findings and recommendations
    • Research and analyze users and gain a deep understanding of their information and functional needs
    • Define use case scenarios, product architecture and navigation that serves as a blueprint of the software product
    • Create wireframes, product maps, workflows, personas, feature lists, business rules, sketch prototypes and other artifacts to describe the intended user experience
    • Collaborate with visual and detailed interaction designers to a successful hi-def realization of the product vision that ensures all client and user priorities, set in the architectural phase, are preserved.
    • Prepare, present, and defend ideas both internally and client-facing

     

     

    Desired Skills and Experience

     

    Minimum Qualifications:

     

    • Degree in relevant field or transferable experience
    • Knowledge of best practices for creating a best in class user experience with user interface design processes and methodology
    • Strong understanding of data and information visualization principles
    • Experience with mobile responsive and mobile native applications
    • Experience with enterprise sales support dashboards, mobile apps and web apps.
    • Strong understanding of either Axure, InVision, UXPin or Omnigraffle software
    • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Flexibility and adaptability; able to manage shifting priorities as projects evolve
    • Ability to work with limited supervision and direction
    • Excellent presentation skills
    • Passion for user-centered, quality interaction design and digital products
