This presented the opportunity for our client to engage learners through a “storefront” experience while providing a seamless link to the learning experience.

A simplified visual dashboard was designed for the learning management system. This user experience was optimized for managers, to help them take action and influence behavior.

Success Delivered

The upgraded experience has doubled the pace of new learner registrations. Not only have sales significantly increased compared to the previous system, the learning completion rates have also been improved by over 50%. This is exactly the type of Customer Success win-win our client was aiming for.
