A healthcare client with a large national sales organization is running multiple incentive programs affecting dozens of different product lines, all individually configurable at the sales rep level.

Sales Management had a hard time keeping track of all the various customer sales incentives that were being requested from their reps, let alone measuring the effectiveness of the ones that were actually being run.

The Solution

PULL designed and built a tailored and intuitive dashboard that gives sales managers and business leadership full visibility from across entire territories down to the individual rep level. The tool also allows management to quickly identify actionable opportunities as well as review and approve dozens of incentive requests at a time.
